Throughout his academic career, Dr. Rao has served at prestigious institutions including Amity University, Jain University, Vardhaman College of Engineering, and as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. He has mentored aspiring engineers, supervised research activities, and inspired thousands of students to pursue excellence in science, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
As an accomplished researcher, Dr. Rao has made significant contributions in Aerospace Engineering, Advanced Materials, Polymer Composites, and Sustainable Engineering. His outstanding contributions to intellectual property and technology innovation earned him recognition in both the Indian Book of Records and the International Book of Records for his remarkable achievements in filing multiple Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) within a short span of time.
Beyond academia, Dr. H. Jeevan Rao is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jeevan Drones and Energy Tech Pvt. Ltd., a technology-driven organization committed to developing indigenous drone and advanced energy solutions. Under his visionary leadership, the company specializes in the research, design, manufacturing, and deployment of unmanned aerial systems for agriculture, surveillance, mapping, logistics, and industrial applications. The organization is also actively engaged in developing next-generation Defence Drone Technologies, contributing to India's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat through indigenous innovation and advanced aerospace engineering.
